The Core Academy Series Viola comes fully adjusted with the following: ebony pegs, endbutton, fingerboard, nut and saddle; inlaid purfling; hand-carved aged maple back, sides, & neck; hand-carved aged spruce top; French bridge; tailpiece with built-in tuners; chinrest; chrome steel strings made in the U.S. Instruments are constructed of quality maple, spruce and ebony, all of which have been properly air-dried for a minimum of 7 years! The back and sides of the CORE20 viola are plain (very little or no flame). Standard outfit includes our 1076 brazilwood bow with half-lined ebony frog, 397V shaped case, Köhr rosin and polishing cloth. Oufit may be upgraded as you wish, choose from the options listed below.
